Eligible works must use artificial intelligence as a meaningful part of the creative process: writing, concept, image generation, animation, VFX, editing, sound, music, voice, post-production or workflow design.
Rules & Eligibility
Clear rules for Bogotá submissions: creative disclosure, rights clarity, human contribution and serious cinema review.
Hybrid human-AI and fully AI-generated works are welcome.
Creators must disclose the main AI tools and workflows used.
Submitters must hold all necessary rights, permissions and consents for music, images, voices, performances, likenesses, datasets, source material and final screening.
Non-English works should include English subtitles when possible.
Premiere status is not required unless otherwise announced for a future edition.
Selected films may be considered for multiple award categories.
The festival reserves the right to request additional rights, consent or workflow information before final selection.
